Business Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 June 2026.
These terms govern your use of Stikky Members as a business. By signing up you agree to them. Stikky Members is operated by Bravo Marketing Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 10168703), registered office 203 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 0EN (“we”, “us”). “You” is the salon or business signing up.
1. What Stikky does
Stikky is software that lets you create and run recurring membership plans for your clients, and records each member’s acceptance of your membership terms at the point they join. Members pay you directly through your own Stripe account — Stikky is not a party to that payment and does not hold your funds.
2. Your Stripe account & payments
You connect your own Stripe account (a Stripe Standard connected account). You are the merchant of record for every membership charge. You are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and any negative balance on your Stripe account, and for any tax (including VAT) arising on your memberships. Your use of Stripe is also governed by your agreement with Stripe.
3. Our fee
Stikky charges a platform fee on each successful membership charge, collected automatically through Stripe as an application fee. The standard rate is 0.5% (reduced rates may apply to certain partners). We’ll give reasonable notice of any change to the fee.
4. Your membership terms & consent capture
You write your own membership terms within Stikky and choose which version applies to each plan. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of those terms. Stikky records when a member accepted a given version and makes that record available to you — but recording acceptance is not legal advice and does not make your terms compliant.
5. Your responsibilities
You must offer your memberships lawfully and honour them, provide member support, and comply with all applicable consumer law — including statutory cancellation and cooling-off rights, and rules on subscription cancellation. You are responsible for the relationship with your members; Stikky provides the tooling, not the services your members buy.
6. Dormant accounts
If your account takes no membership payment for 90 days we may flag it as dormant, notify you, and delete it 30 days later if it remains inactive. We will not delete an account that still has active member subscriptions.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, misuse, or legal risk. You may stop using Stikky at any time and disconnect your Stripe account from your dashboard.
8. Availability & liability
Stikky is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your memberships, payment processing, or your members. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Data protection
Each party complies with applicable data protection law. How Stikky handles personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the courts of England and Wales.
