Member Terms & Conditions

Stikky provides the sign-up page and records your acceptance of the salon’s terms, but the membership — the services, benefits, and price — is provided by the salon, not by Stikky. The salon’s membership terms apply alongside these.

When you join, you tick to accept the salon’s membership terms. We record that acceptance — the terms version, the time, and basic technical details — so both you and the salon have a record of what was agreed.

Your payment is taken by the salon through Stripe and goes to the salon. Depending on the plan there may be a free trial and/or a one-off joining fee, shown to you before you pay. Card details are handled by Stripe; Stikky never sees or stores your full card number.

You can cancel your membership — it stops at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the salon is notified. Any minimum term or notice period in the salon’s terms applies. Nothing here removes your statutory rights, including any cooling-off right you may have when buying online.

Refunds and any dispute about the membership or the services are handled by the salon, as the provider and merchant of record. Contact the salon in the first instance.

We hold your name, email, and consent record to operate your membership; the salon also holds your details to provide it. See our Privacy Policy.

Stikky provides the platform “as is” and is not responsible for the membership services themselves. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the salon’s acts or omissions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
